Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
The Harmony Medical Spa Loyalty Rewards program makes it easy for you to share your knowledge about us with your friends and family and get rewarded at the same time!
For every family member, friend or colleague that you refer who becomes a Harmony client, you will receive a $25 Loyalty Rewards certificate.
Clients can also earn Loyalty Rewards certificates by giving us reviews on review-based websites such as Yelp, Google, and Real Self and the Harmony Medical Spa website. Reviews must be printed out and submitted at the time of service in order to receive Harmony Loyalty Rewards certificates.
Other Rules That Apply:
- Referral must mention you by name at his/her first appointment. Referral information will be collected onsite at the time of the first visit.
- Referral must receive a service at Harmony Medical Spa. Loyalty Rewards certificates are not issued for consultations only.
- Only one individual will be credited for each referral. If multiple clients claim the same referral, Harmony Medical Spa will have the sole discretion to identify the referrer for such referral.
- A maximum of 4 web reviews per calendar year per client may be redeemed for Loyalty Rewards certificates.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates never expire.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates may be used one at a time or may be combined without limit.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates may not be used on monthly specials or seasonal promotions.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates may not be used toward the purchase of products.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates may not be used toward the purchase of gift certificates.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates are non-transferrable.
- Loyalty Rewards certificates are not issued for any referrals made prior to the start of this program.
We reserve the right to change the rules of the rewards program at any time.
